I will choose clients based on my personal skills and preferences. This is my job and I will work on the things I enjoy.
To save myself from frustration, extremely detailed elements may be simplified to match my skillset and style.
Prices CAN RAISE based on the complexity of the piece.
I have the right to post your commission on my social media and add it to my online portfolio, UNLESS you are uncomfortable or it is too graphic.
I will send WIPS throughout the process.
My paying options are installments, half up front; half at completion, or full payment up front.
I will always let my clients know if I need more time working on the commission.
Purchase is only fully refundable IF I have not started working. (But can do partial refunds if I'm not too far into the piece).

At the start of your inquiry, please state your budget and all visual references needed to carry out the piece accurately. I will cancel the commission if not given proper direction.
You may not sell your commissioned piece or any part of it for NFTS OR ANY BLOCKCHAIN. You may not reproduce it or alter the image in any way. Never use my work for anything blockchain related.
Proper credit/royalties must be given to me if my work is reposted or used commercially. DO NOT claim my work as your own and do not edit, trace, copy, or heavily reference my work.
If my work is going to be used for streaming or any other commercialized media, I charge commercial fees and you must be honest.
You will only receive PNG or JPG files of your work. I will not send PSD files or any other file that allows access to layers.
Do not file any chargebacks for any reason. If you need a refund, please come to me. I can do full refunds only if I have not started yet. I can carry out partial refunds if I have already started and not too deep into the commission.
DO NOT commission suggestive/NSFW work from me if you are under 18.
You must tell me changes in your commission early on (during the sketching stage).
Any changes after the sketching stage will be an extra $5. (The first 2-3 are free).
